SHIPPING
Placing Orders
Terra 2Skin offers the secure payment service of Paypal for all transactions. All orders placed are an offer to purchase. Terra 2Skin reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason. In the event that your order has been damaged in transit, please notify us by email at orders@maskinacup.com.au or telephone +61 3 9315 3888 within 48 hours of receiving your order.When placing an order, you agree to provide Terra 2Skin Pty Ltd with current and correct details (name, address,etc). If you enter a wrong address, we will re-send the order to the correct address at your expense.
Shipping Cost
Within Australia - AUD$5.00 Flat Rate. All parcels are sent with Australia Post. Delivery time up to 6 working days.
International - AUD$15 Flat Rate. All parcels are sent via the postal service. Delivery time up to 30 working days (depending on the country).Delivery
Please note - delivery times are from the time the parcel is dispatched not from the time you place your order. Working days mean Monday to Friday and do not include any public holidays. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Customs Fee
Please note that some countries charge Customs charges or Import duties on goods ordered from o/seas. Please be aware that this is solely the responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control. Terra 2 Skin Pty Ltd is not responsible for any fees that may apply.
